CJBC In-Club Tournament for Spring 2009

* Date: Sunday, Mar. 1, 2009
* Time: 10:00AM - 6:00PM

* All men players please report by 10am
* All women players please report by 11am
* Junior players please report by 11:30am

* The registration desk will be close by 12noon, if for any reason you are late please call the tournament desk. 15 minutes default rule will be strictly enforced.

* All games except juniors will be best of 3 games 21 rally point score system. Teams will change ends at end of the first game.
Teams are allowed to take a 5 minutes break before the 3 game and you change sides at 11 point in the third game.

* There will be referee for each of the matches, it there are any disputes, the referee’s decision is final (near-by player should not
make any calls). I know sometime is very difficult for the referee to see the two back line, you can ask for two lines men if there are
concerns on line calls.

* Just a reminder, please do bring your lunch/snack and energy drinks; there will be plenty of play and fun. But we will try to get
you home by dinner time(6pm).

* Who:
o Active CJBC members: registered members of year 2008 and 2009
o Former CJBC members: registered members in or before year 2007
o No outstanding balance owe to CJBC, including membership, facility, and/or shuttle coupons.
o Check on http://www.cjbadminton.com/home/Spring2009Balance.xls for your account balance. The outstanding balance has to be paid off in order to register for the tournament.
o Junior category is for current and previous junior students of CJBC. The instructors will match students to partners.

* Entry Deadline:
o All entries must be in by Sunday, Feb 22, 2009.
o No entry will be accepted after this date. Absolutely no on-site sign-up.
o Payment has to be received no later than Feb. 25, 2009, or a $5.00 per event late fee applies.
o All dates determined by postmarked date if post mailed.
* Fees:
o Active members: $10 per event; or $15 per event if received after Feb. 25, 2009.
o Former members: $15 per event; or $20 per event if received after Feb. 25, 2009.
* Payment Methods:
o Personal Check (preferred): mail to CJBC Treasurer, 24 Baltic St., Edison, NJ 08820
o Cash: to any coordinator or board members and ask for a receipt from part of the form.
* Please check the Paid Report to make sure you pay for all events.
* All paid entries must include a signed waiver form along with the registration form. Failure to submit all forms necessary with required information will forfeit entry. Your member ID number can be found on your name tag or in the balance sheet http://www.cjbadminton.com/home/Spring2009Balance.xls.
* Entries, player event time will be available on CJBC official website after the entry deadline.
