CJBC_2008_Spring_Tournament

1. To ensure the tournament can start on time, all players please report to registration station before 2:15PM, pay off the balance due, and read and sign the Waiver and Release of Liability form. No one can play without a signed waiver form. If you are paying for the tournament onsite, please pay with a personal check or bring changes for the exact amount.
2. Please be aware that the church activity ends on 2:00PM before CJBC tournament starts. Please do not enter the gym until they finish.
3. Should you bring your children to the event, for safety concern please keep your eyes on them and make sure they do not run around or get into the courts. CJBC cannot be liable to any injury due to this.
4. There will be an outside vendor selling drinks and snacks outside the gym on the hallway. Please make sure that you do not bring any drink or food into the gym. Please help to keep the gym and hallway clean.
5. You are all welcomed to take pictures or video taping the games. However, all these contents are limited to CJBC promotion purpose or personal collection only. You need to obtain the players' permission before you publish/post them for any other purpose.
